Efficient one-stage gingiva-level implant
The SS Implant is a non-submerged, one-piece implant ideal for gingiva-level placement. It ensures streamlined treatment by eliminating secondary surgical stages and minimizing soft tissue disturbance during healing. The design features a dual-platform system (Regular and Wide) for optimized prosthetic management and improved stability.
Implants are available in two-body geometries:
- SS II (Straight Body): Features a straight design for easy depth control, suitable for less dense bone and placement with straight drills.
Osstem Implant - SS III (Tapered Body, 1.5°): Enhances initial stability, perfect for immediate or early loading, and placed using taper drills.

SS implants have two platform sizes – Regular & Wide. Surgery, prosthesis loading, and platform switching are easier than ever before! Wide abutments only fit implants with a Wide connection (from a diameter of Ø 4.5 mm).
- P 4.8 (Regular): Implants with Ø 3.5 mm, Ø 4.0 mm, Ø 4.5 mm
- P 6.0 (Wide): Implants with Ø 4.5 mm, Ø 5.0 mm, Ø 6.0 mm, and Ø 7.0 mm
