osstem-uk-consent): remembers your cookie settings, so we don't ask again on every page. It stays until you clear your browser's data or change your choice. - Course announcement (session storage,
osstem-course-popup-seen): remembers that you have seen the upcoming course message on our home page, so it shows only once per visit. It is removed when you close the browser tab.
4. Third-Party Content (Needs Your Consent)
Some content on our website comes from other companies, which may set their own cookies. It only loads if you allow third-party content: by choosing Accept all, by switching on Third-party content in Cookie settings, or with the content's own "Show" button. At the moment this covers:
- Google Maps, showing our location on the Contact page. Google's use of cookies is described in Google's privacy policy.
- Customer reviews by Shapo, shown on our home page.
5. Services That Load When You Use Them
Some services are provided by other companies and load only when you use them, because they are needed for what you have asked to do. They may set cookies needed for that service, under their own privacy and cookie policies:
- Online forms (account request, finance, returns, full-arch box agreement, equipment loan agreement and contact), provided by Jotform.
- Course payments, taken on Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe uses cookies to process the payment and to help prevent fraud.
- Videos, played from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. A video only loads when you press play.
- Customer login, which takes you to our customer portal provided by Zoho. Cookies set there are covered by Zoho's policies.
6. Changing Your Choice
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or change your cookie choice now. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you do, the cookie message will appear again, and third-party content (such as the map) will stay hidden until you allow it.
